Abstract —
The modern growth of computer and its related hardware is consequence of the invention of the transistor. The advent of transistor principally revolutionized the hardware engineering by reducing the hardware size and increasing the efficiency. Now, we are swarmed in with the influx of sophisticated computer gadgets and communication devices, combining ingenious ideas and state of the art designs. When the history of world would be written surely out contemporary age would be called the age of science and technology. The marvels of science and technology has not only bewildered human minds but also brought convenience and quality to human life. Our project is continuation of this tradition of science. We have endeavored to design an autonomous path tracker vehicle. It has limitless possibilities of usage and it would certainly become a future workhorse. It can be used to detect the theft vehicles. Autonomous robot for path finding and obstacle evasion is a vehicle, which follows the path in two different ways, which are: i) Line Follower – It is a vehicle, which is used to follow the reflecting line drawn on the floor. It captures line position with IR sensors. The sensors will be mounted at front end of the robot, ii) Obstacle Handling – When an obstacle is appeared on the following line we will detect through a sensor.

Abstract —
This project explores various aspects regarding to the implementation of voice over Internet Protocol (IP) with Quality of Service and gives a detailed insight into this. Internet telephony utilizes the Internet medium to transfer audio between two or more clients in real time, thus allowing the clients to make conversations simultaneously on telephones. Converged voice and data using a packet based transport offers flexible, scalable, and cost efficient services. Emphasis is put on the efficient voice communication over the IP network so that Quality of Service (QoS) is maintained. Packet voice quality issues and strategies for minimizing the packet loss are described and implemented.

Abstract —
In industry firmware development for USB devices is very demanding. The objective of this research work is to develop a framework for writing and testing the firmware for USB devices even before the devices are manufactured. Faulty hardware is often a bottleneck in firmware development and time is often lost due to this dilemma. There is need for a framework that could reliably test the firmware without the need of actual hardware. Minimizing the time to sell a product is the key to success in today’s growing market. With the development of this framework, hardware and software development can be done in parallel. Such a frame work can be developed on any operating system like windows, Linux etc. In this research work, we have selected Linux operating system for the implementation of Virtual Device Frame work due to its open source nature.

Abstract —
In this research work, we implemented the Home Automation System for controlling and monitoring the devices directly from computer screen or from a cell phone for having complete, on-command or pre-programmed control of nearly any electronic or mechanical devices in the home, school, college and especially in the industry. This software will be useable by any computer that has communication (parallel) port and serial port. In case of remote location, we can use the normal cell phone for controlling and monitoring the devices. We have made use of GSM Mobile technology by which we can control our house with our voice, personal computer, timer, or touch screens remote and make our life much simpler and safer.

Abstract —
In this research work, an effort has been made to determine what kind of role Information Communication Technology is played in teacher Education and development. The fully skilled and equipped teacher are the necessarily of the present time. Ignoring this novel area of teacher development may endanger the future of Pakistan. In the following discussion the problems of ICT integration in teacher development has been highlighted. The objective of this work is to review the teachers education programs being offered through distance mode in Pakistan in the context of present challenges and opportunities, outline current global and regional trends, suggest policy and strategy considerations, and identify new initiatives in open and distance learning.
