Abstract -
Investments on libraries have generated a lot of issues in the recent time, probably due to the dwindling resources available for provision of services in the institutions. As a result of this, Chief Executives of various establishments and organisations have continuously asked for the justification for continued funding especially of libraries. To effectively merit investment, operators have taken the issue of output more seriously. Redeemer’s University Library is under focus in this study in an investigation that covered five (5) years 2006 to 2011. The study revealed that there were direct and indirect benefits accruable to library users, a direct correlation of good investment. The study outlined the areas of investment in the Library as provision of books, journals and online resources, provision of furniture, staff salaries and other facilities. Under fourteen (14) variables which includes stock, services and facilities, the study in graphical detail showed that the library with an investment of three hundred and sixteen million two hundred and fifty thousand Naira (N316,250,000.00) only in five years, gave an estimated return of four hundred and fifty two million, four hundred and five thousand naira (N452,405,000.00) only, (RoI of 43.05%), corroborating the views of Keyes (1995) and Griffiths and Kings (1995). Conclusion was made by calling on the central government to make the library system a priority in funds allocation.

Abstract -
Software automation is a financial contribution having a high preliminary financial or monetary effect on software improvement. Usage of software automation may additionally undoubtedly affect the value, cost (e.g., by way of rushing up development iterations with the help of offering repeatable test contents and regression testing) and also improve the quality of software program or system, in big scale. Methods to test automation won't continually be suitable or successful. The exchange-off between manual testing and automated testing and the tools for use have to be recognized and justified. The venture to decide which tool to apply to maximize the benefits and improve the quality of a project is not a trivial one. Multiple software testing or software program test automation tools are available in the market, both business and open supply and particular and these tools have various goals in each development framework. The precise number of equipment is unknown and chances or resources to try out different tools are very restrained. Selecting the appropriate testing tool that can match the environment, control the cost and increase the chances of a project is necessary. Selecting and making use of the simplest and most effective tool for specific purposes in a particular context is vital for the achievement of enterprise. The goal of the research is to define a systematic, empirically validated agent based assisting system for selecting a tool for software test automation.

Abstract -
Internet of Things (IoT) is ideas that can visualize all things (objects) those are available around us as the part of Internet. The Internet of Things (IoT) is going to change each and everything including our day-to-day life. This time we can see the uses of the IoT nearby us like in shopping malls, communication, education, science, business, government, and humanity. Clearly, the Internet is one of the most important and powerful creations in all of human history [1]. This time the wireless devices have become the essential part of our everyday life. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of IoT wireless devices on human body. In IoT all devices will be connected via RF (radiofrequency) or WiFi. These devices will emit the harmful radiations which will cause the diseases like male infertility, hearing impairment, brain tumor, fetus, effect on eyes, etc. Besides, these radiations of wireless system severely affect various parts of human body. Although there is limited scientific evidence of harm, suggestions are given as to how to reduce personal exposures to RF and WiFi radiations.

Abstract -
Information Security is always a major concern in the field of network communication. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and enhanced encryption method with AES are the two common encryption algorithms widely used in 4G networks. In this paper a comparison of Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and enhanced encryption method with AES algorithm is performed. This research study also discusses about the fundamental mathematics behind the AES and the enhanced AES algorithm. The comparative study is based on the security issues such as timing attack, brute-force attack, encryption and decryption time, and throughput.
